Fedora 30: Set the default GRUB menu entry to the latest kernel after the upgrade or update.

When you upgrade Fedora 29 or earlier to Fedora release 30 (Thirty) or do the kernel update while already running Fedora 30 the default kernel in the GRUB menu might be set to the oldest installed kernel instead to the latest one as expected, especially when you have been upgrading Fedora from earlier releases.
To set the GRUB menu to the latest installed kernel simply open the terminal after the upgrade/update and run the following command as root:

# grub2-set-default 0
or
$ sudo grub2-set-default 0
